At Mega Mart Hub, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we aim to make that process as simple and transparent as possible.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.
  • To cancel, go to My Orders > Cancel Order, or contact our support team at [info@megamartshopi.com  or 9990995437].
  • If payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

b. After Shipment

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may choose to reject the delivery or initiate a return request after receiving the item (as per our Return Policy).

2. Order Cancellation by Seller or Mega Mart Hub

An order may be canceled from our end due to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Invalid shipping address or unreachable customer
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases:

  • You will be notified via email/SMS.
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Prepaid Order Cancellations and Refunds

  • For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.), refunds will be initiated within 2–5 business days of cancellation confirmation.
  • The credited amount may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation for Multi-Vendor Orders

If your order includes items from multiple vendors:

  • You may cancel specific items before they are shipped.
  • The remaining items will still be delivered as scheduled.

6. Exceptions

  • Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
  • Flash deals, limited-time promotions, or special orders may have different cancellation terms, which will be mentioned on the product page.
